Is there a trial period available?
Yes, we offer a 21 day trial period for new users, where the user gets billed £69 on the day of purchase. During this trial, you will have access to Personalized Therapy and the Unpause App free of charge. You can cancel anytime before the 21 day trial ends to avoid being charged. If not cancelled, your trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period and the membership fee starts getting deducted.
What happens if I forget to cancel my trial before it ends?
If you forget to cancel your trial before the 21-day period ends, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged. You can still cancel your membership at any time, but charges incurred will not be refunded.
If you cancel, you’ll need to send your device and all accessories back in their original packaging, covering the cost of shipping and handling i,e. £15. We will provide a mailing label for your convenience. You can request to end your trial and initiate the return at any point during the trial period.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition, and then refund your money accordingly.
Will I receive a reminder before my trial period ends?
