Turn on the device by clicking the button for 3 seconds until the LED turns orange.
Open Unpause App on your smartphone and pair it to Coolzen, by clicking the Bluetooth icon.
LED turns blue once paired.
Place the device into the clear adhesive strip securely.
Peel the white paper tabs of the adhesive strip gently.
Place the device gently onto the nape of your neck and press the strips into place on either side.
