How to Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the Account Deletion Request Form on this page.
  2. Provide your full name, email, and phone number for verification.
  3. Submit the form.
  4. We will delete your account within 30 days after verification.

Please fill out the form below to request deletion of your Unpause App Account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Once we verify your identity and process your request, we permanently delete:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • App profile information
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Device information
  • App usage and analytics tied to your user identity
  • Order history linked to your app account (unless legally required to retain)

This deletion is irreversible.

What Data We Retain and Why

Some data must be retained temporarily for legal, financial, and regulatory reasons, including:

Data we retain:

Past order / transaction records
Payment information linked to invoices
Tax and audit-related information

Retention period:

Up to 1 year, as required by law.

After this retention period, all data is permanently deleted.

After Your Account Is Deleted

  • You will no longer be able to log in to the Unpause App
  • All personal data listed above is removed from our systems
  • Your account cannot be recovered
  • You may create a new account anytime
